GE Helps U.K. Utilities Meet Smart Metering Legislation Requirements

The social housing sector has improved in Q2 2014, despite reduced government funding.

Intelligence provider Glenigan recorded an 8% increase in the value of underlying projects starts (those valued at between £250k and £100m) during the second quarter of 2014 compared with the same period of 2013.The breakdown by region for Q4 shows a number of sharp year-on-year falls in the value of starts, with the South west and the West Midlands experiencing difficult periods.
