I head up a team of specialist engineering recruitment consultants, who recruit for engineers, managers, surveyors and more.  The sort of engineers we recruit are gas engineers, plumbers, electricians, site managers, project managers, assessors, inspectors, quantity surveyors, estimators and more.

Hiring Manager


  • cer Engineering are entirely dedicated to recruitment in the mechanical, electrical and construction recruitment markets.  I head up a team of dedicated recruitment consultants, whilst continuing to recruit myself
  • We will meet or Skype ANY candidate we send, as well as technically assessing them, gathering their documentation (such as trade certificates, right to work in the UK, etc).  In fact we have a dedicated support team whose sole focus is to ensure that the documentation of engineers are in order – we do this free of charge, taking worry about documents such as insurance being in date off of you.
  • This enables us to not only have what I would honestly describe as an unmatched database, but it means that we can give guidance on the market at any given time.  Whether that means guidance on salaries/rates, likely availability of candidates of certain skill sets, or advice on how to factor the price of engineers into any tender you may be doing.
  • Our entire day is dedicated to calling and meeting engineers, managers, surveyors and assessors within our chosen markets.  As such we have specialist knowledge of the sector, built up over years of conversations with the true experts in the market – the engineers and markets that work within it.
